Vintage: 2021

Grapes: Vermentino 100%

Vinification and ageing: Soft pressing of the grapes, static clarification of the must and fermentation at a controlled temperature

Colour: straw yellow with green nuances

Bouquet: Intense, fruity with hints of cedar and white fruit

Flavour: Fine, a good structure, sapid & balanced, very persistent.

*Antica Tenuta Pietramore - Abruzzo

PET NAT TREBBIANO

Vintage: NV Grapes: 100% Trebbiano d’Abruzzo Fermentation: Indigenous yeast. Certified organic and biodynamic farming. Harvest is completely by hand, in early September. The grapes are destemmed and cold macerated for 8.5 hours. This is followed by a soft, gentle pressing and then a small selection of the must is separated from the juice and held in temperature control at 0 °C. Fermented at 18°C with only indigenous yeast. After blending the bottles are filled and the wine is allowed to finish fermenting in the bottle with no additions creating the pettilance naturally.

Fermentation: Spontaneus Annual production: 1500 bottles Vento d’Estate is a white wine that comes from pure Passerina grapes that come from vineyards looking towards the sea, planted from 1998 to 2001 on soils of clayey and calcareous origin. The Passerina is a wine that in recent years has known how to win over the public thanks to its beautiful characteristics linked to freshness and drink. Vento d’Estate ferments spontaneously with only indigenous yeasts in steel tanks with about 9 days of maceration on the skins. It refines a few months in the same tanks. Unfiltered wine, neither clarified nor added sulfites. Vento d’Estate is a wine that expresses interesting and delicate notes of tropical fruit and white flowers. In the mouth it is juicy, enveloping, balanced by an excellent acidity that outlines the lines up to a very clean closure.

RIBOLLA GIALLA DOC

Vintage: 2021

Vineyard source: The vineyards used for production of this wine are located in Ruttars and Buloval, lying southeast of Monte Calvario at an altitude of 180 meters (600 feet) above sea level.

Maturation: Traditionally the grapes undergo criomaceration for 24 hours. Then they are pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures. The wine stays on its yeasts until it is bottled.

Colour: Clear straw yellow.

Nose: An unmistakable and pleasing bouquet with perfumes of citrus fruit, alluring apples and a note of creme.

Palate: The palate offers a fragrant beginning with a succession of flavors that leave an elegant reminiscence of apple

*Feudo Luparello - Sicilia

N. D’AVOLA/SYRAH DOP

Comune di Noto (SR) Grapevariety:NeroD’Avola70%-Syrah30%

Vinification: the selected grapes are crushed and destemmed then left to macerate and undergo alcoholic fermentation, in stainless steel tanks for approx. one week. Once fermentation is complete the wine is racked off and then aged in concretevats. Ageing in the bottle: 2 months

Organoleptic properties: the blending of two important grape varieties such as Nero D’Avola and Syrah results in a very elegant and refined wine: the fruity and well balanced taste of the former blends perfectly with the complexity and persistent aromas of the second

*Vigne al Colle - Veneto

CREA ROSSO

Vintage: 2021

Production area: Rovolon, Euganean Hills, Italy

Gapes: Refosco, Merlot, Cabernet Franc

Harvest and vinification: Manual harvesting of the grapes when they reach perfect ripeness, pigid destemming and fermentation in contact with the skins without using sulfur.

Refining: After racking, it rests and ages for about 6 months in stainless steel, before being bottled.

Color: Ruby red with violet reflections

Bouquet: Fruity scents, red berry fruit Taste: Vinous, finely mineral, balanced
