2022 sa Raja Vermentino di Gallura Superiore Kintari DOCG - Sardegna
Straw yellow with light green reflexes Grassy and fragrant Deep, persistent and smooth
«A beautiful white wine that smells of almond and helichrysum»: Vermentino di Gallura Superiore Kramori '21 receives the award the award "I migliori vini del 2023: Sardegna" by Gambero Rosso.
sa Raja, ‘symbol’ in Sardinian dialect, reflects the owners’ love of the island, while being the site of their Vermentino di Gallura DOCG vineyard. 2020 is just the 2nd vintage, with driving force behind sa Raja, part-owner Mark Hartmann, former Cà Maiol (Lombardy) co-owner. Mark works closely with winemaker viticulturalist, Federico Curtaz. Following 15 years at Gaja in Barbaresco and a period as a global ‘flying vine doctor’, Federico settled on winemaking in Sicily, and then Sardinia.
