We test the likely suspects at the superb Lola’s Italian restaurant on Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach. We will romp through a trio of Champagnes, then semillon, riesling, sauvignon blanc, pinot grigio, garganega and chardonnay, progressing into rosé and pinot noir and finally grenache. How will it pan out? You’ll need to be there to find out.
